He moved to the United States after World War II and became a citizen. In all, he wrote more than ninety books, and his work has won worldwide acclaim. Frederick Davidson is a recipient of the Golden Voices Award and numerous Earphones Awards. After performing for years in many BBC radio plays, he came to America in 1976.
